Pixies have announced a reissue of their 2001 compilation Complete B-Sides 1988-97, which will be out June 26 via 4AD. This will also mark the first time it’s been available on vinyl and it comes with six live bonus tracks. This reissue includes a few Pixies classics like “Manta Ray,” “Wave of Mutilation (UK Surf),” “Bailey’s Walk,” and their cover of “In Heaven” aka the “Lady In The Radiator Song” from Eraserhead. All the tracks have been remastered from their original analogue tapes, and there’s new artwork by designer Chris Bigg (v23) using photos from Simon Larbalestier’s archive that were originally slated for use by Pixies, but were later shelved.
